Designing the next European framework programme
Moving from the evaluation of Horizon 2020 and looking at the mid-term evaluation of Horizon Europe, EASSH is working to inform the design of the next Framework programme. Guiding principles, humanities, art and social sciences leading cluster and multidisciplinary science.
Biography
Gabi Lombardo (PhD LSE), is the Director of European Alliance for Social Sciences and Humanities (https://eassh.eu), the largest advocacy and science policy organization for SSH in Europe. Expert in both higher education and research policies for the EC, World Bank, ESF and COST. Gabi advocates for a strong evidence-based approach to policy-making, and the inclusion of researchers in science policy development for strategic and broad-based research funding. Gabi received the Young Academy of Europe Prize in 2018.
