Posters and Presentations
Posters should be can be hung up on 31 July in the “Lichthof” and "Speerträger" – please prepare your poster in A0, vertical format and check the number assigned to your poster in the conference program.
Presentations should be saved on the presentation notebook available in the panel rooms before the start of your session! Please bring a USB stick for transfer. A technical assistant will be present and help with the transfer.
Symposia (due February 15, 2024)
Submitting a symposium requires the proposer (organizer or “chair”) to organize multiple presentations around a central topic. Session length will be 90 minutes. Individual presentations will be 20-25 minutes including time for discussion and questions.
In order to participate, the symposium organizer should provide the following information:
- A general abstract of no more than 300 words,
- Names and affiliations of all contributing authors,
- Abstracts for individual presentations (max. 250 words for each presentation)
- A symposium should consist of up to five presentations (including discussants)
For individual papers to be considered for a Lagerspetz Award, please make a note of this. Papers can be considered if the first author meets the eligibility criteria (either a student in a terminal degree program or within 2 years of having completed a terminal degree (e.g., Ph.D., M.D., J.D.).
Individual Paper (Oral Presentation) (due February 15, 2024)
This is the “standard form” of contributing to the scientific program. Presentations will be arranged in themed panels assembled by the program committee. Each presentation will be 20 minutes including time for discussion and questions.
In order to participate, please provide the following information:
- An abstract of not more than 250 words,
- Names and affiliations of all contributing authors
For individual papers to be considered for a Lagerspetz Award, please make a note of this. Papers can be considered if the first author meets the eligibility criteria (either a student in a terminal degree program or within 2 years of having completed a terminal degree (e.g., Ph.D., M.D., J.D.).
